- Who will take care of the different aspects of your email marketing activities?
- Where will the database be and how will it be integrated with other databases?
- What tool will you use to send your emails?
- Who will take care of design, creative and copy?
- Who will respond to emails from subscribers?
- What will be the impact for your organization once you start email marketing?
- How will the email strategy be integrated in the overall marketing strategy?
- How will you create relevant and share-worthy content?
- The different steps in rolling out email marketing strategies

- Building and growing an opt-in email list
