Tamara Gielen has over 10 years of hands-on experience in online and direct marketing. Very early in her career she became fascinated with email marketing.

After almost 10 years of pushing the buttons herself at companies such as Cognos and eBay, Tamara decided it was time to let others benefit from her extensive email marketing expertise.

In 2007 she started working for OgilvyOne in Brussels as an email  marketing consultant but very soon she discovered that the agency world was not really her thing.

Early 2009 she decided to become an independent email marketing consultant.

Tamara is 100% focused on email marketing. For the simple reason that in-depth knowledge and experience with this channel deliver the kind of quality and results that a generalist cannot offer you. 

Tamara invests a substantial amount of her time in the development of her email marketing expertise: for her blog "Be Relevant!" she reads just about everything that is published on email marketing. She also regularly attends and speaks at international email marketing conferences.
